ROOTS is a group comprised of high school students in the Roaring Fork Valley who want to help create positive change in the mental health of their community.

ROOTS participants are trained in peer counseling and Dialectical behavioral therapy, a type of cognitive behavioral therapy which changes negative thinking patterns and pushes for positive behavioral changes.

ROOTS is free to all high school students and meets Thursdays from 4:00-5:30pm, with the exception of school breaks.
