Pam Herkner-Chasse, Ed. D.  has enjoyed a 38 year career as an educator in Southern California as a Principal, Adjunct University Professor, Director of Education, Resources Specialist, and Special Education Teacher. Dr. Herkner-Chasse has dedicated herself to closing the achievement gap by building a kind, caring, and compassionate learning environment with a focus on Social-Emotional Development in partnership with students, staff, parents, and the community. A firm believer in continuous improvement, her leadership is facilitated by the principles of shared decision-making, Professional Learning Communities (PLC), and finding the “next right answer” together.  Currently lives in Ventura County.  Her number one love in life is her daughter and sister (and her cats).

We Prevent Childhood Trauma.
